- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
- Returns are only accepted in the case of defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered items.

- Photos of the product (showing damage or issue)

3. Refund Policy

- If approved, a refund will be issued within 7 business days via bank transfer or another agreed method.
- Refunds are not issued for items returned without prior authorization or after the return window has expired.
